Um, what's the difference between http://forum.openscad.org/ and
http://www.openscad.org/community.html?

Turns out that they both can be logged in using the same id, they have the
same information, but they are different.

Confused...

Those two are the same, on is just on a iframe on the OpenSCAD web page.

It is a  nabble forum http://www.nabble.com/  .
It uses mailman as its mailing list  here
http://lists.openscad.org/mailman/listinfo/discuss_lists.openscad.org  .

As I got your above post, you are now subscribed to that mailing list.

Well that's interesting.  It did show up as being accepted.  Hmmm.  However,
community.html is still complaining that I need to subscribe.

It looks like all your posts made it to the list though.
The only exception was the post titled “Subscribe”. The list held that back since “Subscribe” is a mailing list admin keyword

Could be.  Now community.html isn't bugging me to subscribe.  I haven't a
clue why.
