Including files is a very common workflow, so my guess is that something else
is happening.
If you could provide a step-by-step way to reproduce this, that would make
it a lot easier to help.

Hi Marius, thanks for getting back to me. You are correct, there was a typo
in the list of variables I was pasting into the included file which threw a
"Warning: _____ variable not recognised" error when I pressed F5.

Full Internal Report to follow immediately in High Embarrassment Factor
code.
