If you 'insert image', the result, in both emails & the final thread post
shows it without the required prefix.
e.g.

If you need to see the image, in you browser, just prepend it with:
http://forum.openscad.org

i.e. getting:
http://forum.openscad.org/file/t359/Capture-key-oem-netfabb.jpg

The incomplete link issue has now been fixed by Nabble.

So 'Insert Image' on Forum posts now works. This results in a clickable url
on the final post and email; not, as previously, an actual in-line image,
this is still being investigated.

Emails sent to the Mailing-list with in-line images works normally.
