Unfortunately the short answer is no you can't use OpenSCAD for different colour printing. As is, it does not support multiple materials. This is being worked on but don't hold your breath. The longer answer is that you need to generate separate parts for each material/colour. Export each, then the printing software combines them. This all depends on what printer type you use. DXF is not usually used for 3D printers, they tend to use STL. Except for high end professional machines, I don't think the state of the art has progressed much. Others here may have newer informed views.
