Hi Harry,
Could you try Edit/Preferences/Editor change Font to a fixed width font, try
a couple of different fonts, I have Courier New.
OpenSCAD Admin - email* me if you need anything, or if I've done something stupid...

Hi Michael,
No difference with courier font.
I tried also lower screen resolution, it's better but i don't want to
use that.
I bought big screen with highresolution possibility for better preview.
I hope it's possible to let developers know it's a good idea to make it
possible
to change it parametric depending on resolution.
Thanks for your great support!

Harry Jeurink

I tried to find out if there's a way to change that size and
it seems there's no way from application (OpenSCAD) side. All
I can find is a fixed 100x100 pixel value in the editor
component (QScintilla), so there's not much that can be done
within the OpenSCAD source code at this point.
ciao,
Torsten.
Dear Paul,
Thanks for your research.
A pretty that there seems to be no solution.
I tried to find developers of QScintilla with no luck.
Do you know them?
Thanks for your time in advantge!

No, but I sent a mail to the QScintilla mailing list (I
could not find any other way to contact someone) and there's
not much result yet.

The issue might be even further down the stack, but I guess
the first step would be showing context for the issue as the
response was that it's not reproducible.
ciao,
Torsten.
OK thanks a lot Paul.
We seems to be more patient ;)

Well, good news and bad news. It seems it can be fixed
in QScintilla. But that also means depending on the
platform it might take a while to become accessible.
