Creating a neon-like look

I'm not sure this iis thre apriote lsi for this but I don't know of any
other 3D pritner list forit.

We wanted to print out letters with our PLA filament so it spelled out
words we could piece other.

We thought it would be cool if we could paint the PLA of each letter a
fluorescent color so it would glow both with lights on and in the dark.

Or if we could find any flexible fluorescent tubing we could thread into
each 3D printed letter to make it look neon-like?
