Spot on Mark, I updated to the latest and although it gives me the same error, I tell it to load anyway and now I can change the colours of the individual parts of the design.
Happy days!

Ken,
I’m glad it’s working for you. I’m not getting that error at all. I know I used to, but I don’t know what I did to get rid of it.

Mark, after reading your last email, I had a look around the preferences. When I ticked the checkbox for "No warnings when loading 3mf with modified g-code", the warning went away and everything seems to still work ok.
So again, thanks for your help.

I am NOT knowingly using anything from B. S. here, but I am suddenly
getting similar msgs from Both PrusaSlicwer-2.8.1 (the last AppImage)
and OrcaSlicer-2.3.2-dev (built from githib src as its the only slicer
that knows about the sv08 MAX) when presented with a fresh .3mf from
OpenSCAD https://www.openscad.org/version 2025.10.13.ai28225 (git
b9f219baf).
I don't know what its fussing about as both seem to be producing correct
gcodes, one 12 hour job is about 71% done on a sovol sv08 MAX right
now. S/B done by 13:00 local time. I'd made a booster bucket I could
use to adjust the push tension on the sv08's aux feeder by adding or
subtracting BB's in the bucket, to replace a crushed spring in the aux
feeder. Anybody else with this printer, I'll be glad to share the .scad
for it.
I've been trying to keep this bookworm install uptodate but I've no clue
what library started triggering this warning about 2 weeks ago.
