That thread is the four start square leadscrew for a 3D printer...or any
other stepper motor driven motion system. It looks like 2mm pitch but
its actually four threads at 8mm pitch, each starting at 90 degrees from
the other.

This library, https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1938150, downloadable
from  https://dkprojects.net/openscad-threads/ will give you a four
start square thread, which might work.

As noted by Gene, you should use a 0.2mm nozzle, print the nut
vertically with the smallest possible layer height.

I have seen a trick with such a leadscrew of cutting slots in the end
and using it as a crude tap, into a printed part, in a 3D printable
material it should work.  But you can buy delrin T8 four start 'nuts' on
Aliexpress..

There's an Instructable on making a nut by heating plastic and pressing
it round the screw..

HTH Roger.
