Hi David, Is it a bltouch bracket for an ender 3 you are looking for, or for some other printer? If you don't want to construct a new cad model, and you only want one bracket, it will most likely be printed solid infill. You are allowed to physically drill holes wherever you want. If it is for the ender3, there are plenty of printable brackets, assuming it's the original hot end. They normally use the same fixing holes as the hot-end shroud, so you may need longer screws. It is not an ideal arrangement. To make the bracket, using cad, it is basically an 'L' shape.my process, would be based on  that angle piece being constructed by using two cubes, offsetting one by the wall thickness, and subtracting from the other. To get the profile shape, cut pieces away by subtracting more cubes, say. The fixing holes, lar3ry has explained. No need to worry about rounded corners, or any of the fancy stuff. Print the thing, use it, then decide if you really want to do something better. It may take a few iterations to get the fixing holes correctly positioned, and the correct diameter, but the bracket can be printed in a fairly short time, so don't waste time initially making it look pretty. Their manuals contain the dimensions you need to make your own bracket, and connection information. You should be able to apply that to the openscad code I gave earlier, or any other design you may have. If your firmware is Marlin based, you will enjoy altering it to take account of your bltouch.
