When exporting to SVG it defaults to stroke="black" fill="lightgray".  Is there a way to change / customize these defaults?  I don't think there is but figured I would ask.

The resulting svg is just a text file. It is easy enough to edit the stroke
and fill values using search&replace in a text editor.

If someone can provide an example of/the specifics for assigning colour to lines/arcs in DXFs I should be able to add that to my project for folks who want to roll their own.

Yeah I know but export several hundred at a time.  I know I can do bulk search and replace but if I don't have to it would be nice.
