GENE, I MENTIONED THAT BEFORE,

IT IS AN ARTEFACT OF THE MAILING-LIST.

DUE TO SOME EMAIL PROVIDERS BEING ULTRA STRICT WITH NEW SPAM SECURITY PROVISIONS,

WHICH DON'T WORK NICELY WITH MAILMAN LISTS.

IT IS NORMAL.

Yes, it's a PITA.
