Thank you.  I looked in Edit, Preferences.  I never would have thought to look in Design. I don't count F5 auto reload as a preference any more than orthogonal / perspective view, for example. I toggle both regularly. Small projects I have it on. On large projects I have it off when viewing the top level assembly due to how it takes, but on for smaller subassemblies.
