I downloaded into w10, unzipped, put the five scad files into a library
(possibly only two needed), and all work fine. looks useful, but the
link to the pdf is not valid.

Thanks - the archives I got from the web page did not seem to have any - is
that where you got the archive?  David sent me a link to "master.zip" which
I think may have been somewhere else that I was not seeing.  anyway, I have
it and it's working, thank you for your reply!

weird.  that worked.  previously I tried "download .zip" and "download
.tar" and got archive with some .pngs, .css but no .scad.  Oh well.  thanks
for confirming!
