(5th try sending this to the list) Thanks, Marius. It was definitely z-fighting. It was easy to add a few microns to the negative blocks because of the way I designed my code. Worked like a charm. This is my first everOpenSCAD project so I'd like to get some feedback on my approach to such a complex (10 sequences) animation, and construction of the components. Please be gentle.
