Based on the very general notice, the upgrade may have already happened, is in-progress, or about to start. [Unknown time zone] They expect a 2-4 hour outage. So expect delays in postings. If you have posted, and don't see it on the List after a few hours, you may want to re-post. This includes an upgrade to Mailman, the List processing package. They advise there should be very little noticeable changes.
