In the OpenSCAD editor, how can map the home & end keys on a Mac to to go beginning of line and end of line, respectively, instead of beginning of file and end of file? I tried creating ~/Library/KeyBindings/DefaultKeyBinding.dict as suggested at https://apple.stackexchange.com/questions/16135/remap-home-and-end-to-beginning-and-end-of-line ... but no joy.
