The wiki example here
https://en.wikibooks.org/wiki/OpenSCAD_User_Manual/First_Steps/Opening_an_existing_example_model
does not match example004.scad, missing the translate & cylinder.
As the wiki has a graphic with the cylinder, perhaps the extra two lines
should be added to the distributed example004.scad (and its new name if it
made it to the new examples structure)?

I've simply removed the reference to the example004 filename. I think it
still makes sense that way...
