Hey,
I'm very curious about any businesses that use OpenSCAD as a fairly central
or necessary part of their business?
It seems like most of what I see about OpenSCAD comes from hobbiest/3D
printing perspective, but I wonder if there are also professionals using it
that I'm not exposed to.
I know that Prusa used to use OpenSCAD, and maybe still does to some extent,
but it seems they've moved away from it as the Prusa mini github has
inventor files in it.

Hello!
I want to present to all of you a professional application of OpenSCAD.
senCille Manufacturing Software is a program, currently oriented to
Furniture manufacturing, but not closed to any type and things that can
be manufactured.
Allows to define the product as a composition of his parts, but in a
more complete form that we call, Configuration of course.
The software allows the final user to modify the item changing,
virtually, anything of it, but the most important innovation is that
taken as a base the data is going to regenerate in live the drawing of
the piece you are selling and of course the pieces you are going to
manufacture.
All the graphic work is made with OpenSCAD. As you can see.
Of course, I will need some help with some problems with this
integration and...
I'm searching for beta testers!!!!!!
Does anyone want to try my software?
Thanks to all.

My business partner and I have a series of books using OpenSCAD models to teach math and science concepts.

I use it for fixturing in the lab and in production testing. It's very
nice to be able to make a tweak and roll out new fixturing to production in
hours to days.
In the lab, I need non-magnetic fixturing, and of course PLA works
perfectly there. Fortunately nothing I do involves elevated temperatures.
We have solidworks and an ME who runs it, but I don't know solidworks and I
don't have time to learn it. OpenSCAD speaks to me as I have a long history
with parametric modeling going back to 1992 with "Vivid" and "DKB Trace"
which eventually became Povray.
