How do I show the console when OpenSCAD opens

For some reason when OpenSCAD opens the console is hidden. Previously the
console was shown for me when OpenSCAD opens and I preferred it that way. I
can't find anything in settings, is there another configuration file or
registry value I can set to show the console when OpenSCAD opens?

If this is with a recent snapshot build on Windows, try with the latest
one. There was an issue that this setting was not working correctly.
