still don't get your offset edges, 2015.03 & 2020.04.01 & 2020.07.05

This is what I get with those parameters with the snapshot I am using and
with OpenSCAD 2019.05:

An odd thing is when I first open OpenSCAD, load the file and press F6 the
lines are in the right place but if I switch to another window and back
again, or pan or zoom a tiny amount to provoke a redraw they move and seem
to stay like that until I zoom out.

This is a VM with S/W OpenGL render, I'll try it on my other physical box.

Subject: Re: [OpenSCAD] Show edges broken
This is what I get with those parameters with the snapshot I am using and with OpenSCAD 2019.05:

An odd thing is when I first open OpenSCAD, load the file and press F6 the lines are in the right
place but if I switch to another window and back again, or pan or zoom a tiny amount to provoke a
redraw they move and seem to stay like that until I zoom out.

I even downloaded that exact snapshot, still not reproducing it.
This is a VM with S/W OpenGL render, I'll try it on my other physical box.

The latest snapshot from where I am looking is OpenSCAD 2020.07.23.ci5585
and that is exactly the same showing edges and the preferences dialog seems
to work.
