Based on Roger's suggestion I've pulled the nightly Mac build and
enabled Manifold.  The improvement is, simply, quite amazing, from over
five minutes down to 1.5 seconds.

Highly recommended.

I’ve  been using Manifold for a couple of months and it’s REALLY fast. I think maybe it messes up F5 but I don’t much care.

I think the F5 problems are missing convexity propagation and have been
fixed in later versions but Minkowski got broken.

They are fixed for me in 2024.01.26 on Windows but perhaps you have a
different issue.
