BountySource changing Terms of Service

Hi!

This is just a heads up in case someone considers putting
a new bounty on one of the existing issues on github (not
just for OpenSCAD).

As given in the issue given below, the new terms state
that any bounty that is not claimed withing 2 years will
just be gobbled up by BountySource.

I'd suggest holding off any new bounties for now and
see how that pans out. I can't really imagine it goes
through like this. But if it does, at least for OpenSCAD
that means we are likely to be forced to withdraw from
BountySource.

Looks like the ToS update is reverted for now:

I don't think that's the end of it, but it should
relax things time wise.
