There isn't one that I know of. And a utility to correct and make any stl meet that spec so it will work in OpenSCAD without needing expert knowledge of 3D modeling would be great. I only have two goals. One is to take any stl and break it up using the puzzle lib. And second to modify any stl, make bigger/small add/subtract features. That it.
