implicitCAD status?

Just nosing around at the xxxxSCAD-like code mentioned, it looks like
implicitCAD is dormant for a couple of years now. Anyone know what happened
there? I tried building it on my system, but "implicit" is failing to build,
and I don't really see any good clues as to why. Don't know anything about
the Haskell environment, so probably it might be telling what's up...I just
don't see it.

The developers dropped it. I’ve talked to them, and it seems to be a combination of “we proved it can be done, now it’s just a lot of work to make it solid” and “we don’t really have time to maintain it”.
..so it’s basically waiting for someone to pick up the glove :)

I’m interested in exploring ways of moving OpenSCAD in the direction of F-Rep, but it’s significant work to create a good geometry kernel.

Thanks, I rather suspected it was not going anywhere, after two years of
idle-ness. Was just interested in seeing what the g-code they claimed to
generate looked like.
