Just nosing around at the xxxxSCAD-like code mentioned, it looks like implicitCAD is dormant for a couple of years now. Anyone know what happened there? I tried building it on my system, but "implicit" is failing to build, and I don't really see any good clues as to why. I’ve talked to them, and it seems to be a combination of “we proved it can be done, now it’s just a lot of work to make it solid” and “we don’t really have time to maintain it”. ..so it’s basically waiting for someone to pick up the glove :) I’m interested in exploring ways of moving OpenSCAD in the direction of F-Rep, but it’s significant work to create a good geometry kernel. -Marius

Thanks, I rather suspected it was not going anywhere, after two years of idle-ness.
