Closing unsaved script ...

I have discovered (to my cost) that openscad will allow you to close the
window (under win 7) without saving the script !!

Would it be possible to issue a warning if there are unsaved changes ???

The other "funny" I have found is that if you do a search with CTRL-F
and then hit F3 (a very common way to move on to the next occurrence) it
announces that the file has been modified by another program and asks if
you want to reload it .... don't DO IT! you will loose all changes that
session.

Other than that an excellent tool !!

Best regards,
Dave

Oooerr - I just made a simple change and closed the program and DID get
a warning ... very odd
perhaps there are certain circumstances when the check fails ??

I have no idea how I got into that state but I definitely lost the last
few edits on close.
and I cannot reproduce it now that I want to - typical.

Regards,
Dave

If you did a render (F6) it saves a backup, "my documents/OpenSCAD/backups".

OpenSCAD Admin - email* me if you need anything,  or if I've done something stupid...

It backups on preview (F5) as well. Has saved me many times.
