Hi,
are there any plans for releasing a new version? The 2015.3 version is
getting really old...

I know I can run development builds, but I'm thinking it's time to update
the released version.

Also, since I'm using Linux Mint 18.1 it's not immediatly obvious how to
get the development version working. Following the Ubuntu 16.04 (which
Linux Mint 18.1 is based on) instructions doesn't work out of the box.

Hi Scalpel, either you unsubscribed from the mailing list, or perhaps
changed your email on the forum(?), anyway, your posts are no longer making
it to the mailing list.

There are other ways to stop getting the emails without unsubscribing, let
me know if that is what you want.

Admin - PM me if you need anything, or if I've done something stupid...

Unless specifically shown otherwise above, my contribution is in the Public Domain; to the extent possible under law, I have waived all copyright and related or neighbouring rights to this work. Obviously inclusion of works of previous authors is not included in the above.

The TPP is no simple “trade agreement.”  Fight it! http://www.ourfairdeal.org/  time is running out!

+1 on this if someone just quickly grabs the file release, it shows
OpenSCAD
in not the best light

I'm had no stability issues making a manual monthly github snap shot,
something
like Jenkins (others are available!) to automate it would free
developers for the
regular task and give people a bit of version history to choose from...
