SURFACE Problem

I'm trying to use the command SURFACE, but the result is this below.
What's it wrong?

I right clicked on your image, saved it as a png file, which is how it
defaulted, and used the same code you did.

This is my result:

Perhaps your original image is at fault and the saved-from-here image will
work?
