Interesting bug. F5/F6 dont cause a refresh (i can see it compile) in Windows 10, when using High Contrast Theme in windows. Minimizing and maximizing shows the correct view. Changing to a normal theme produced the correct behavior. I am using a ASUS Transformer T100HA. Windows 10 just updated, and I just updated my video drivers.
