I don't suppose there is a library out there for trusses?

ie Building trusses in roofs, e.g.

http://forum.openscad.org/file/t359/truss.png

Not necessarily doing load calculations etc (but that would be real
nice...),
just drawing simple ones with webs.

Any other building/plans related libraries?

Did you Google "3D print truss"?

In the 1.2 million results, a lot of models come up.
You might be able to narrow that down.

Unfortunately, if you add "house" to the search, you get into some
interesting sites about printing full scale houses.

Add "model" and among the 3.1 million results you get a link to an 55
page article about analysis for testing strength of trusses.
Analysis of 3d Printed Beams and Truss Bridges
https://web.wpi.edu/Pubs/E-project/Available/E-project-032216-162253/unrestricted/awcornelius_MQP_Final.pdf

Where have you looked already?

I didn't say 'I don't suppose there is a 3D-model of a truss'.
I said 'a LIBRARY'.

<some expletive> have we inherited the reactionary negative of recent
politics?

I thought we were a contributory community where we helped people.
