I 'punctured' the difference cylinder-issue by adding more lenght to the
cylinder i am using for subtraction. (z-coord = +0.2 or so.) and then making
the translate([x,y,z-0.1]) slightly larger. That way i have 0.1 unit more
each side of the holes to subtract the 'skin'.
