I just updated BOSL2 and got an error: unknown variable $transform

I had 30 minutes before a meeting, so I thought I would work on a couple of
new jig designs.  I had seen a lot of discussion on updates, including
BOSL2, so I thought I would pull from BOSL2's repository to update it, and
got the following error on code that was working only a couple of weeks
ago.  The full error message is:

WARNING: Ignoring unknown variable "$transform" in file
../../BOSL2/transforms.scad, line 1584
<1584,/home/ebo/.local/share/OpenSCAD/libraries/BOSL2/transforms.scad>

Anyone know how to fix this?

Is it possible that you're somehow mixing files from the new version and an
old version?  The only other explanation that comes to mind is that you
used "use" instead of "include".

I'll check both.  I do know that some of my earlier code used "use" instead
of "include".  I'll post back what I find.  I do not have time to ply with
this ATM, but it is on my list...
