[OpenSCAD] No rendering when using difference

Thanks, you saved me a lot of time! 

Stable version on Ubuntu is 2015.03-3. I installed the nightly build, and the issue is fixed.

It seems to be OK in OpenSCAD 2018.01.02 on Windows. Maybe you are 
running an older version?
